Rules:
Golden Rule: If It is not nice, mute the mic!
1. If in a Ranked match or Clan Match you will not cheat or Glitch.
2. No foul language or talking trash unless they cannot hear you, and No picking fights with other people or clans unless we absolutely hate them or if they start the fight first.
3. When in a Ranked match or Clan Match act Mature not Childish.
4. If you have Moderators capabilities do not let someone use your account.
5. You may not be in two or more clans at once.
6. Do not hack our website.
7. Do not join our Clan to Spy on us.
Anyone caught braking the rules above will be punished by The Council.
Following are Punishments The Council can decide from:
First offense: Suspended and ignored for 1 or 2 days on website, loses all Clan match priviledges for 1 or 2 days.
Second offense: Suspended and ignored for 1 or 2 weeks on website and online, loses all Clan match priviledges for 1 or 2 weeks.
Third offense: Suspended for a month or more or even banned, blacklisted, and removed from friend list on website and online, loses all priviledges for a month or more, if banned or blacklisted loses all priviledges and is not allowed to rejoin clan unless an ACeR Leader and or The Council say it is okay to do so.
Clan Meetings:
Clan Meetings are mandatory, if you miss a meeting you must make it up by PMing me xboxonthego3, xboxonthego2, or your squad leader or division leader.
Division Meetings:
Division Meetings are mandatory, if you miss a meeting you must make it up by PMing your squad leader or division leader.
Squads and Squad Meetings:
Squads will be Required to meet atleast once a week, to train and have Squad meetings. If there is a Holiday during the week such as Christmas or the 4th of July, then squads will not be Required to meet for that week.
Clan Matches:
Before Scheduling a Clan Match you must make sure you have enough people to be able to attend the Clan Match. If you want to have a in clan match for ex: squad alpha vs. squad bravo, before the squad leaders say it is okay they need to make sure they have enough people to attend, and need to set a time. Squads will be Required to have atleast 1 Clan Match each month.

ex: ACeR Private
Bio- ACeR [Rank], [Division or Game], [Squad], (if your in more than one division)[Division or Game], [Squad], Check Out our website @ >acer.forum.st<
ex: ACeR Private, Call of Duty 4 Division, Elite Squad, Rainbow Six vegas 2, Echo Squad, Check Out our website @ >acer.forum.st<
Rank Structure:
Private- Recruit, tag is [ACR1]
Corporal- tag is [ACR2]
Sergeant- tag is [ACR3]
Master Sergeant- tag is [ACR4]
Lieutenant- Squad Co-leader or 2nd in Command can also be in the Council but rare, tag is [ACR5]
Capatin- Squad Leader and also on the Council, tag is [ACR6]
Major- Division Leader and also on the Council, tag is [ACR7]
Lieutenant Colonel- Clan Co-Leader, tag is [ACR8]
Colonel- Clan Leader, tag is [ACR9]
The Council- is here for when the Leaders of the clan are gone, They decide if the person should be punished for breaking the rules, or to fight another clan, it's kind of like congress but with out the veto.

The Clan will be participating in several different games in Ladders such as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: World at War, and etc.. If you are not registered at gamebattles you need to do so, we will be needing some team names for Call of Duty: World at War, so if you have any suggestion. If you want to join a team just go to the team forum of the game you want to play on, and post saying you want to join the team.
